Quiet hours: 10 PM–9 AM Please note this house is in a quiet, residential area. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. We do have neighbors and sound travels far in the desert. We appreciate your help with keeping our neighbors happy. Pets: Up to two dogs allowed ($95 fee). No cats. Pool Heating: The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $75 per day. Parties and events not permitted Smoking outdoors only Wildlife: You may spot rabbits, roadrunners, lizards, coyotes, and other desert creatures. The desert is peaceful but alive with nature. Keep doors closed and food sealed, and enjoy the quiet beauty of this high-desert landscape.
