Additional guests beyond your booking are not permitted unless approved in advance. Dog friendly ($75 pet fee). No dogs on furniture. Please report at booking if bringing a pet. Septic system: flush only toilet paper. Bring your own firewood for the fire pit (purchase locally). No smoking anywhere on property. Events or photo shoots require prior approval and separate fees. Desert plants have sharp thorns, take care with pets and children. Quiet hours: 10 PM–7 AM. Sound carries far in the desert. Hot tub + cowboy pool use is at guest’s own risk (see waiver info).
