By booking our property you're agreeing to our house rules. - Quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be mindful of our neighbors. No loud noise at anytime. - No outdoor music allowed at any time. - No parties or events. - No non-standard use of the property without prior written authorization. - No outside vendors allowed on the property. - No guests besides registered guests. - No wood fires when winds are above 10 mph. - No fireworks or sparklers. - No drones. - No glitter, confetti, balloons, water balloons. - No photoshoots without prior approval (Personal photos are ok. Please tag us at @staycocoon). Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Please note: Our yard is not fenced. Cowboy tub and Hot Tub: Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries. No jumping or diving, running, rough play, food or glass in the tub. Children cannot use the pool without adult supervision. *Please take care to leave the cowboy tub and hot tub clean, no sandy feet! If you get excess dirt in the pool/hot tub, causing us to have to empty and refill the pool, there is a $100 charge. thank you! Kids Playhouse and Toys: Use at your own risk. Spent my birthday with my family here, and it was a great experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Jenn was also incredibly accommodating and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Jenn’s bungalow is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We felt right at home in the quiet, natural setting. The expansive yard was so much fun for our 8yo to explore, and the hot tub was such a great way to end the day. We were able to relax at the bungalow in the mornings and head to the park (about a 25 min drive) for afternoon hikes. Had delicious meals at Snake Bite Roadhouse and Tost Pizza. Don’t forget your house slippers/socks as there are concrete floors. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

Our stay was wonderful in every way from the moment we arrived until we left three days later. Jenn is an outstanding host. Our communications were seamless and her home is perfect - clean, comfortable, uncluttered, well organized, with everything needed for a few days or a long stay. The property has incredible views and the night sounds (mostly communicating coyotes) add to the romance of the desert. And it’s hard to believe the clarity of the night sky. Absolutely beautiful! We tried several good restaurants close by. A morning trip to Luna Bakery is a must. Thank you for the hospitality and lovely stay on your piece of the earth, Jenn!

We had an amazing time staying at Jen’s place. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and the backyard with the hot tub was truly relaxing! Place itself is very quiet and perfect for couples get away.

Fabulous host and incredible place, we can’t wait to come back! The house was perfect for our family with an almost three year old, lots of fun toys to play with, a potty seat, kids plates, and for younger kids a baby bath and high chair, literally everything you could need. The hot tub was amazing and the landscape is unbeatable, easy to access but very private when you’re there. Jenn was very responsive and even helped us with an early check-in. Everything looked exactly like the photos. Thanks for an amazing time!

Find us

We recommend bringing your own car to get around as there are no public transportation options. The bungalow is located on an easily accessible dirt road. There is only 0.6 miles of unpaved drivable sandy road with a regular passenger car.
