Please note this house is in a quiet, residential area. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. We do have neighbors and sound travels far in the desert. We appreciate your help with keeping our neighbors happy. Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Please note: We do have a neighbor with dogs, who sometimes barks. They have a fence so the dogs are secure but just a heads up about the barking. Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 11 am. Travel tip: Consider travel insurance for added flexibility.

By booking our property you're agreeing to our house rules. - No more than 6 guests. No more than 3 vehicles, must park in the driveway. - Quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be mindful of our neighbors. No loud noises at any time of day. And no outdoor music allowed at any time. - No parties or events. - No non-standard use of property without prior, written authorization. - No outside vendors allowed on the property with prior approval. - No weapons, wood fires, firearms, fireworks, sparklers or paper lanterns. - No glitter, confetti, balloons or water balloons allowed on the property. - No drones. - Please be respectful of the outdoors - be kind to the wildlife and admire Joshua Trees from afar (no touching, climbing, hanging things on them, etc). - No RVs or very large vehicles on the property. - No photoshoots without prior approval (Personal photos are ok. Please tag us at @staycocoon). - Spa: Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries. No jumping or diving, running, rough play, food or glass in the spa. Children cannot use the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. Please note there is no fence around the spa. My husband and I stayed at Jenn’s beautiful place during our first visit to Joshua Tree. Everything was amazing! The inside was very inviting and had a cool desert vibe. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. We enjoyed our evening cocktail and morning coffee on the front patio looking at the gorgeous mountains. We also enjoyed nightly star gazing in the jacuzzi. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Just a note, you have to drive a little bit on a dirt road to get there. The proximity to local restaurants and shops was great and only a 10-15 minute drive to the park entrance. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

I travelled alone and enjoyed this house a lot! That was literally my best Airbnb ever! Actually it’s much better and cozier in real life. Everything was extra clean. I enjoy how accurate dishes were located. I enjoyed it quietness and unforgettably beautiful view. Everything is so close. And almost way to the place is basement. You need to commute by sandy road just a few meters. I would like to come back 💓.
