Mars Landing is made for easy group trips where everyone gets their own space. With four ensuite bedrooms, you’ll have comfort and privacy built in, plus a layout that still feels connected. The main living area is open, bright, and designed for hanging out, cooking, and slow mornings. A 30-foot glass door slides completely open, so the whole house flows right out to the pool deck and desert beyond. Views are everywhere. Outdoor Living This is the good stuff: swim in the sun, soak in the spa at sunset, then move to the fire pit when the temperature drops. The boulders, Joshua trees, and mountain backdrop make it feel cinematic, but still calm and private. Entertainment + Amenities A separate recreation area keeps the group entertained with ping pong and foosball, and Starlink makes it easy to work, stream, or stay connected without drama. It can be more noticeable on weekdays and just before and after holidays. For most guests it hasn’t been an issue. The upside is the convenience. You’re close to shops, restaurants, and everything you’ll want to explore, which makes getting around easy. Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $125 pet fee, paid at time of booking. No pups on the furniture and no pups left alone in the house (unless crated) or in the yard and please dispose of any pet waste. Pool Heat: Spa heat is included in your reservation but if you'd like to have the pool heated, please notify us in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge of $225/day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. Please review our cancellation policy closely. If you’re worried about the possibility that you may need to cancel after the refund period is closed we highly recommend adding travel insurance to your booking.

By booking our property you're agreeing to our house rules. - No more than 10 guests. No more than 6 vehicles, must park in the garage or driveway, no street parking. - Quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. Please be mindful of our neighbors. No loud noises at any time of day. - Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). - No parties or events. - No non-standard use of property without prior, written authorization. - No outside vendors allowed on the property with prior approval. - No wood fires, firearms, fireworks, sparklers or paper lanterns. - No glitter, confetti, balloons or water balloons allowed on the property. - No drones. - Please be respectful of the outdoors - be kind to the wildlife and admire Joshua Trees from afar (no touching, climbing, hanging things on them, etc). - No RVs or very large vehicles on the property. - No photoshoots without prior approval (Personal photos are ok. Please tag us at @marslandinghouse). - Pool/Spa: Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries. No jumping or diving, running, rough play, food or glass in the pool or hot tub. Children cannot use the pool or hot tub without adult supervision. Please note there is no fence around the pool or spa.
