Beautifully designed and decorated, clean, and peaceful. We so enjoyed reading by the fireplace and lounging on the patio. The cabin is also pretty secluded and in a stunning location. We couldn’t ask for more! Jenn is a great host — kind and responsive. Everything went so smoothly and we felt right at home. Pet friendly: Little Joshua Tree welcomes pets, though the property isn’t fenced. Pet fee: $95 for up to two dogs. Getting here: Expect about 5 minutes of dirt roads. Follow our directions to locate the property. Amenities: WiFi, cell service, A/C + heat, and a cabin manual with local recommendations await you. Stock up: We suggest stopping in Joshua Tree Village, 29 Palms, or Yucca Valley for groceries before arrival. Fire policy: No open flames allowed except for the propane fire pit and BBQ on-site. Guest policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property, day and night. Check-in/Check-out: 4 pm / 11 am. No loud noises at any time of day. - No parties or events. - No outside vendors allowed on the property. -No bounce houses or anything set up on the property period. - No guests over 4. If you bring more than 4 guests you will be asked to leave without a refund. - No firearms, fireworks or sparklers. - No glitter, confetti, balloons or water balloons allowed on the property. - No drones. - No photoshoots without prior approval (Personal photos are ok. Please tag us @littlejoshuatree and @staycocoon). Pool: Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries. No jumping or diving, running, rough play, food or glass in the pool. Children cannot use the pool without adult supervision. The house was exactly as described, easy to find via Google Maps. The host was very sweet and responsive. Private, peaceful, beautiful location. 15 minutes to JT visitor center and another 5 minutes to park entrance. Clean house and perfect place for stargazing.

Little Joshua Tree is a perfect getaway in the desert! The pool, tub, and sauna were ideal for a self made spa retreat, and the living spaces made it easy to disconnect and relax. Jenn was such a lovely host and I’d recommend this place to anyone that wants a calm and comfortable home away from home.

this is a cozy spot at the far edge of joshua tree. very private and quiet, barely a car passing. sauna and hot tub work great, nice views. interior is simple yet refined. overall great value.

This was the most perfect home for a solo getaway! I spent an entire day having a spa day, rotating between the sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge. This home is so special, and the personalized touches really make it feel like a home. The record player and cassette player were very enjoyable. It felt so safe, I even did star gazing at night from the hot tub. It is definitely off a beaten path and I can see how some might get lost getting to it, but that secluded little cottage was exactly what I was looking for. About 30 min to the park entrance! Absolute perfection, can’t wait to come back.

The space and surroundings were perfect for a private little escape in the desert! Have always wanted to visit Joshua Tree and already dreaming of returning. If you’re looking for a great place with all the amenities needed and close enough to visit the many trails and shops in JT, look no further!

Find us

Even though the house is on a dirt road, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is not necessary. Uber and Lyft are available in the area but not as dependable as in larger cities. In cases where rideshare apps aren’t available, you can call taxi companies in the area: • Desert Sun Cab • Jason’s Taxi Service There is no cell service in the park so rideshare apps will not work while you’re in the park.
