Neighborhood: We’re in a quiet area, though neighbors occasionally host a BBQ or have conversations outdoors. Please help keep the peace and respect Palm Desert’s quiet hours, 10pm–8am. Safety: Use of the pool, spa, bathtub, and cedar barrel sauna carries natural risks. The pool is not fenced or covered.
