Please be mindful of our neighbors, this is a quiet relaxing area. When using the cinema screen outside please keep the speaker close to the audience and keep the volume low. Sometimes we may need access for grounds maintenance. We will do our best to ensure you are informed in advance but routine repairs or watering of plants may be required during your stay. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door of the house. There are cameras and noise level monitoring devices on the outside of the property. Please contact us if you have any questions about field of view. The California desert has wonderfully varied and beautifully unique forms of animal and plant life. However this environment is inhabited by numerous animals who may harm humans or pets under certain conditions, coyotes, rattlesnakes and bobcats among others. These animals should be avoided. Chollas, Joshua Trees, and numerous forms of cacti. Contact with many of these plants can cause injury. Be considerate of the neighbors and keep music and voices at a respectful volume. There is a county-wide noise ordinance of no amplified music or loud noises after 10pm. You may fly a drone on the property, but never into neighboring properties. Please do not take furniture from inside the house and use it outside. Do not use the wood stove as it's sadly unsafe for use. We will be replacing it next winter. No wood fires anywhere on the property. Joshua Tree is a dark skies area, please turn outside lights off when you go to sleep PETS Pets are allowed with prior written permission and a $150 additional cleaning fee. Unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. Pet owners agree to the following rules... Please bring protective sheet or blanket to cover anywhere your pet may lie Keep dogs on a leash at all times (coyotes have been known to jump the fence) Pick up after dogs immediately and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs - beyond the value of your pet cleaning fee - required due to your pets. In addition, please be aware, you bring your pets at your own risk. We cannot take any responsibility for any harm that may come to them while in the desert.

Guests have private use of the entire home, fenced yard, and outdoor areas including the hot tub, cowboy pool, and patios. Parking is available in the driveway.
