No loud noises and no outdoor music at any time of day. - Surveillance or recording devices on property - We use a noise monitoring device; it does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). - No parties or events. - No non-standard use of property without prior, written authorization. - No outside vendors allowed on the property with prior approval. - No wood fires, firearms, fireworks, sparklers or paper lanterns. - No glitter, confetti, balloons or water balloons allowed on the property. - No drones. - Please be respectful of the outdoors - be kind to the wildlife and admire Joshua Trees from afar (no touching, climbing, hanging things on them, etc). - No RVs or large vehicles on the property without prior approval. - No photoshoots without prior approval (Personal photos are ok. Please tag us at @staycocoon). - Cowboy pool and Hot tub: Use at your own risk. We are not responsible for injuries. No jumping or diving, running, rough play, food or glass in the pool or hot tub. What an incredible first experience in Joshua Tree at Jenn’s place! We booked a last minute trip and within moments, received all the proper instructions and recommendations from our hosts. They were so detailed with things like check-in, local restaurants to eat at, experiences in the area. It was wonderful! After a few days of full outdoor activity, the home was wonderful to come back and relax in. Had the best amenities and all the necessities to enjoy it, from grilling equipment to extra towels! Thank you for an amazing time! Hopefully next time we see the neighbor’s pup!

Our family enjoyed staying at Jenn's place. The spacious kitchen was great for cooking, the house was super clean, and the outdoor patio and hammock was great for us to hang out in. We liked that this house had 3 bathrooms where most places nearby only had 2.

We loved the house so much! Very accessible to the national park and the town. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the backyard. The style of the house was amazing. We had a very good time here with friends and family. Highly recommended to stay here if you are visiting Joshua tree national park!

We had a great stay! The house was wonderful and perfectly located near the National Park and plenty of local restaurants. We really enjoyed spending time outside, especially relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.
