Jenn’s place was an absolute dream. We treated ourselves to the loveliest, dreamiest desert retreat and didn’t even feel the need to leave for the park. The outdoor shower, the cozy indoor fireplace, and the skylight above the bed made it all feel like we were living in a dream.

The Ocotillo was FABULOUS, and our only wish was that we’d stayed another night or two. The house is a prime example of architectural efficiency: small, yet it felt very spacious. All natural materials contrasted with modern furnishings were a winner & we felt at home immediately! Truly a peaceful place if you’re looking to get away from the noises of life. Very secluded feeling without being very far from civilization. Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and star gazing every day. Being an automotive enthusiast, I would not suggest driving any sports car that’s been lowered or comes low from the factory, or you risk taking-out your front spoiler and undercarriage on the uneven and undulating dirt roads leading to the house. Any normal car/SUV will be fine, and the road is actually fun to drive! Thanks again, Jenn! You’re on our list for a “do it again” trip. Maybe we’ll try The Yucca next time 😁
